La Ley de Reforma Magisterial (LRM) se publicó el 25 de noviembre de 2012 y su Reglamento el 03 de mayo de 2013, un poco más de cinco meses después. Como podemos apreciar desde el 25 de noviembre de 2012 son cuatro las leyes referentes a la Reforma Magisterial, diecisiete decretos supremos (nueve decretos supremos del Ministerio de Educación y ocho de Economía y Finanzas) de las cuales en lo que respecta al Reglamento de la Ley de Reforma Magisterial (mayo del 2013) hasta la actualidad (julio de 2016) ha tenido cuatro modificaciones en el año 2014, dos en el 2015 y uno en lo que va del año 2016, haciendo un total de siete modificaciones y/o incorporaciones de artículos o disposiciones al Reglamento de la Ley de Reforma Magisterial, esto significa que cada vez se está perfeccionando más. Es necesario que todos los profesores conozcamos estas normas para poder saber con fundamento legal qué derechos nos asisten.
